What I need for your website

1. Your texts

What should be on the website: who you are, what you offer, what it costs, how to reach you. How best to start is explained in my guide for your texts.

Don't feel like writing? I'll write them with you after a short conversation, from €129.

2. Your photos

You, your shop, your work. Up to ten images for the one-pager. Tips and how to send them in good quality: Great photos with your phone.

3. Your logo, if you have one

Ideally as SVG or PDF, those stay sharp at any size. A PNG in a good size works too. Ask your designer or the print shop that made your business cards. No logo? Then your name appears at the top in a nice font.

4. Your preferred address

• Two or three ideas for your address, for example salon-aylin.de. I'll check what's available.
• Do you already have an address? Then tell me where it's registered, for example with IONOS or Strato. It can stay there and simply point to your new website, or it moves along. We'll figure out together what's easier.

5. Your contact details for the website

• Phone, WhatsApp and email to show on the website
• Address and opening hours, if customers come to you
• Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Google reviews
• Which email address requests from the contact form should go to

6. Details for the legal notice (Impressum)

Every business website in Germany needs a legal notice (Impressum). I set it up, we fill in the details together, and you approve it at the end. For that I need:

• First and last name, for companies the full company name
• Postal address where you can receive mail (no PO box)
• Phone and email for the legal notice
• Legal form, for example sole proprietorship, GbR or GmbH
• VAT ID, or whether you are a small business (Kleinunternehmer)
• If available: commercial register with number and court
• If your profession requires a licence, for example in crafts, healthcare or gastronomy: the responsible chamber or authority and your exact job title

7. What should run on your website

I need this for the privacy policy. Tell me what you'd like, and I'll tell you what works without a cookie banner:

• Contact form
• WhatsApp button
• Links to social media
• Map or directions
• Online booking, for example Calendly or Treatwell
• Newsletter
• Visitor statistics

8. If you like

Your favourite colours, websites you like, or websites of others in your industry that you definitely don't want. Everything helps me match your taste.
